Dentulu Return & Refund Policy
1. Personal Use Items
IMPORTANT: All Dentulu products are personal use items designed for hygiene and health purposes. For the safety of our customers and to maintain strict health standards, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once products have been shipped.
2. Exceptions
We will make exceptions to our no-refund/no-return policy only in the following cases:

Damaged Products During Shipping
Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. -
Defective Products Due to Manufacturing Errors
Must be reported within 7 days of delivery. -
Incorrect Products Shipped (Our Error)
Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Reporting Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order falls under one of the exceptions above:

Email support@dentulu.com within the required timeframe.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Our support team will review your request and, at our discretion, provide either a replacement product or store credit.
4. Approved Returns (Outside of Exceptions)
In rare cases where Dentulu, at its sole discretion, authorizes a return that does not meet the exceptions above:

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to the refunded amount.

The product must be returned in its original, unopened, and unused condition.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds (minus the restocking fee and shipping) will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
5. Ordering & Payment
5.1 Order Acceptance
All orders placed through our store are subject to acceptance by Dentulu. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Product availability

Errors in pricing or product information

Suspected fraudulent activity
If your order is canceled, any payments collected will be promptly refunded to your original payment method.
